Wait, that's not a big surprise could it be? My Instagram accounts is populated with images of
pancakes plus I actually had them for dinner last
night. Don't judge, you know Brinner (breakfast for supper… duh) can be pretty much a very important
thing ever.
My pictures really don't carry out the pancakes any justice so I'll need
to annoyingly describe to you just how perfectly good these are.

Brace yourself for an overload of adjectives…

There, now do you get my point?
I had formed both strawberries and blueberries that would have to be used up in my fridge,
therefore i decided to pack the pancakes with
blueberries and make a striking strawberry-vanilla syrup to best them with.

The syrup is incredibly an easy task to produce, too!
Basically simmer strawberries, genuine maple syrup, and some vanilla over
medium heat before strawberries begin break down.
Drizzle drizzle. Or just pour too much like I do.

I LOVE the way the blueberries play your mouth with each bite
and the way the strawberry maple syrup soaks perfectly into the
pancakes. I think they'd be wonderful topped with peanut butter… on the other hand I
think peanut butter will go great on almost anything.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon cooking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon honey
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons almond milk (skim, soy, coconut, or whole will also work)
1 cup blueberries
1 cup genuine maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
In large dish whisk jointly flour, baking powder, and baking
soda; reserve. In a separate medium bowl, beat greek yogurt,
eggs, honey, vanilla, and almond milk until even and well mixed.
Add wet elements to flour blend and mix together.
The batter will end up being very thick; consistency will vary based on which yogurt
you utilized. Note: If you discover that it is WAY too solid
(nearly paste like), you can add inside a teaspoon or two of

Subbing 2 egg whites for 1 egg.
Replace honey having a packet or two of truvia to cut sugar.


Use whole wheat pastry flour or whole wheat bleached flour
for whole grains and extra fiber.

I made these last night, using half whole wheat and half white flour, as well as I added cinnamon. All of those other recipe was the same.
I didn't make the syrup, though.
They seem to be needing a touch of salt, I thought. I love the fluffiness and lightness of them.
I put leftover batter, so prepared that today, adding only a contact of salt.
Which was better. I utilized banana pieces and place them within the pan first, after that poured the batter at the top.

These were still great the second day time.
